At The Attic Depot, we know your time matters. That’s why we work hard to get your order out quickly and accurately.
Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, are typically shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress. Keep in mind that we have no control over shipping speeds and delivery. Once your order leaves our warehouse it is now the responsibility of the carrier.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Because every situation is different, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Return Authorization Required
Before returning any product, you must contact The Attic Depot to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
If You Changed Your Mind
If you no longer need a product or ordered the wrong item:
- Contact us for return authorization.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Products must be returned in new, unused condition whenever possible.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives defective or experiences a manufacturing issue:
- Contact The Attic Depot for return authorization.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label when appropriate.
- Once the product is received and evaluated, we'll replace it with the same product or another appropriate solution.
